• What kind of shirts are your designs printed on?

  What kind of shirts are your designs printed on?

  All shirts are printed on American Apparel or Alstyle Apparel. They are high-quality, sweatshop-free shirts and are made in the US. However, they do tend to run small, so if you're deciding between two sizes, go with the larger size. Be sure to check the sizechart if you're not sure what size you are.

• Are there any specific washing instructions?

  Are there any specific washing instructions?

  There are no specific washing instructions but if you want to maintain the best quality of the shirt and the graphic, I recommend that you machine-wash cold, inside-out, with like colors. Also, to maintain the fit of the shirt, hangdrying is recommended.

  Domestic t-shirt orders (US and Canada) - $3.00 per order plus $0.50 for every additional item.
  
  International t-shirt orders - $7.00 per order plus $1.50 for every additional item.
  
  Domestic longsleeve orders (US and Canada) - $6.00 per order plus $1.50 for every additional item.
  
  International longsleeve orders - $12.00 per order plus $3.50 for every additional item.
  
  Domestic accessory orders (US and Canada) - $3.00 per order plus $0.50 for every additional item.
  
  International accessory orders - $6.00 per order plus $1.50 for every additional item.
  
  

• How long will it take to receive my product?

  How long will it take to receive my product?

  Most items have a handling time of around 1-3 days, but I will always try my best to ship it out ASAP. After the product has been shipped, the item should arrive within 3-5 business days for domestic orders. For international orders, expect to receive the item in 1-2 weeks post shipping.

  Any defective, damaged or incorrect Lowdtown orders can be returned within 14 days of the order for a full refund of the purchase, minus all shipping costs. Please email me before sending back the product to confirm the situation.

  All orders are placed through paypal. Paypal accepts all major credits including: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. You can also pay using your paypal account if you already have one. You are not required to create a paypal account to pay for an item. All currencies are accepted as long as the transaction is made via Paypal.
